OPERATION

This machine automatically assembles springs to oil seals; labor reducing, especially suitable for combining springs with large quantities of small type oil seals.

1. This machine is used for trimming and chamfering the edges of formed metal cases.

2. Manual feed and auto trim.

3. Cuts the bevel angle of plain face, inner & outer bevel angle simultaneously.

4. Tolerances below 0.03mm.

5. Automatically finishes all operations in one cycle. Easy maintenance through simple design in mechanism.

6. Machines can be manufactured to customer specific cutting ranges.
