High-Speed Oil seal garter spring Jointing machine

OPERATION

This machine is used for connecting the ends of the garter spring to form a circle.

1. It carry with Europe control component which design and integrates advanced mechanical and electrical drive system. High efficiency and high reliability.

2. Adopt 9.4” touch panel and remote controller for fast adjustment of the joint length and diameter. (SCF-103A, 103C)

3. When the machine stops due to the breakdown during the joint of the spring, it will show the breakdown position. (SCF-103A, 103C)

4. The test sampling and maintenance is made easy through a single step instruction.

5. Using only the best metal material from Japan and U.S.A. In order to reach the highest precision and lower the wear and tear, all parts are integrated, and is made with C N C equipment ,

6. As the machine shut down suddenly, or by pushing E-stop, it needs not be revised again and resume operation when the machine was restarted because of the automatic shut down memory system.
