High-Speed Oil seal garter spring coiling machine

OPERATION

This machine is used for manufacturing the garter spring used for oil seal.

1. Machine stops automatically when miss touched and coils to identify bad springs.

2. Standardized cams and specified cutting tools enable fast adjust of the machine.

3. Use CNC 2 axes controller complying with high speed servo motors to fix coiling position easily. All operation modes are clearly shown at the control panel. Easy operation and precision control.(CNC Type)

4. Wire diameter, wire feeding length and spring coiling diameter are changed easily and quickly.
