OPERATION

This machine is especially suitable for trimming the edge of high-volume-low-mix oil seals.

1. Auto feeding, trimming and collecting the flash.

2. Able to cut the bevel angle of plain face, Inner & outer bevel angel at a time.

3. Automatically separates the finished oil seals into two packages for goods and flash.

4. Operation procedure( It is a comprehensive line of automated machines. ): manually put oil seal into vibration machine → automatically choose a side → auto feeding (by conveyor) → fix the position (clamping by mechanical arm) → auto trimming and collecting the flash→ stop → auto taking off working pieces (by conveyor) →on to the next cycle.

5. Adjust the position for the cross slide and the angle meter plate to the appropriate position for cut range and angle adjustment.

6. One operator can operate 3-4 machines at a time to reduce the manufacture cost.

7. Number of cutters can be chosen by customer.
