OPERATION

This machine especially suitable for combining springs with high-volume-low-mix oil seals.

1. Vibration machine vibrates the oil seal to appropriate location.

2. Magnet plate feeds the spring to appropriate location.

3. The tooling is pulled fast by the air cylinder to combine the oil seal with the spring.

4. This machine uses the vertical delivering position and loading, which will avoid causing bad spring pulling.

5. It automatically check if the garter spring is being loaded correctly and separate the correctly loaded and the incorrectly loaded spring oil seal.
